Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of personal data held by Forever Stamps, including data associated with signing in through Facebook.

Remove Facebook access

If you used Facebook to sign in, open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites. Find the app you used to sign in to Forever Stamps and follow Facebook's instructions to remove it. See Facebook's guidance on managing apps and websites.

Removing Facebook access is separate from requesting deletion of personal data held by our store.

Request deletion of store data

Email Help@wixusps.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include the email address you use to sign in to our store and describe the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before processing your request. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law. Some information, such as order records, may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. If an exception applies, we will explain it in our response.
